Privacy policy

We collect only what you type into our forms: your name, email address, an optional mobile phone number, ZIP code, county, topic, and any message, story or survey answer you choose to share. Nothing on this site requires a phone number.

When you submit a form we record the page you submitted it from and the date and time of the submission, so we can respond in context and keep an accurate consent record. Your browser also stores a small local value on your own device so our one-time survey popup does not reappear after you dismiss it. We do not operate a third-party advertising or analytics tracker on this website.

We use it to answer your question, to send campaign updates and voter information you asked for, to organize volunteers, and, only with your permission, to publish a story or endorsement you submit.

Email addresses are used to send the materials and updates you request; every email includes an unsubscribe link. A phone number is optional. Providing a phone number by itself does not enroll you in text messages and is never treated as consent to be texted.

Mobile information, including phone numbers and opt-in consent, will not be rented, sold, or shared with third parties.

When you opt in, we record that you consented, the date and time, the form and page where consent was given, and a version identifier for the exact disclosure shown to you. Full texting-program terms are on our Terms and Conditions page.

We do not sell your information. Form submissions are stored in the hosting and database platform that runs this website, and email or donation processing may be handled by vendors working on the committee’s behalf. We also disclose information where Arizona campaign-finance or election law requires it. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are excluded from any sharing, as stated above.
