During Maricopa County's first-time rollout of election-day on-site tabulation for early ballots in the 2026 primary, 23,400 early ballots were tabulated at the county's 236 Vote Centers, while 61,867 voters cast traditional in-person election-day ballots. Combined with other processing improvements, Maricopa County reported 99% of its primary election results by the following day.
